About Jian Guo Elementary School

        Jian Guo Elementary School was founded in 1958 by the soldiers of military forces who were trying to help their children’s education. We are a public school located in the middle-east of Qing-Shui District of Taichung City.  The Taiwan Strait is to our west and Ao Feng Mountain is in the east. There are about 760 students and 65 staff members in our school. We have 30 homeroom classes, a kindergarten for kids from 3-6 years old, one resource classroom for students with special needs, two science classrooms, one English room, an auditorium, a library, a kitchen and one multiple-functional classroom.  We are proud of the beautiful scenery at our campus where our students can learn happily in the natural environment.
